How can I change address or phone number in Order?

If you wish to change address or phone, you can do it through “My Order” Section till the order is shipped. You will see a small edit icon on the order detail screen. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

Once the order is shipped, you can see a button “Track” which will give you more detailed information about your order status.

If you have placed the user as guest, you can signup/signin using the email through which you have placed the order. You can track the order through the steps mentioned above.

If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partner take upto 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame

How do I cancel an order? (before it has been shipped)

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your “My order” section.

If you have placed the order as a guest, signup/signin with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then track/cancel order through “My Order” section.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Do I have to have an account to place an order at Bioguardiome?
  • No, you do not as you can place an order as a guest, by just providing your email address for correspondence.
  • However, we highly recommend that you do create a Bioguardiome account.  Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can accumulate Reward Points and obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!
How can I make a Bioguardiome account?

Just click on the “Account” button on the top right hand corner of the page and click on “Sign Up”. Fill in your name, email address and password.

You can even sign up using your Facebook or Google+ account. Yes, it is that simple!

How do I remove or delete items from my wishlist?
  1. Go to ‘My Wishlist’ menu.
  2. To remove an item from the wishlist, click on the pink heart icon of that item.

How can I use a coupon code on my order?
  • When you click on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or coupon code.
  • On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.
  • You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

 Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, Bioguardiome reserves the right to cancel orders.
