SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

We currently ship across India. Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking details through your registered contact information, wherever tracking is available.

While we work with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Bioguardiome will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If your order could not be delivered and is returned to us, please contact us so that we can assist you with the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where the failed delivery was due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons attributable to the customer.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs/videos of the package and the product so that we can review the issue and assist you.
